Cats Available to Adopt

Adopting a Cat

To help us speed up the process we ask all potential adopters to fill out an adoption consultation form PRIOR TO VISITING THE ADOPTION CENTER. But if you are not able to do this, you can fill the adoption consultation form on site.

Please note, there are separate forms for adopting a dog versus adopting a cat.

Some of the cats in our care reside in foster home. If you are interested in meeting and adopting a cat that is currently in foster care, please email FFLCats@AzFriends.org to determine when the cat will be available for an introduction.

The Cat's Best Interest Always Comes First

Please be aware that Friends for Life reserves the right to approve or deny any adoption based on the best interest of the cat, as determined by Friends for Life. In cases when multiple families are interested in the same cat, a home will be chosen via lottery. We will hold a lottery for all families that are a good fit for the cat. Please also note that we do require all family members to meet the cat prior to an adoption and we do ask that everyone comes so we can do all the intros.

Thank you for considering adopting a cat – your next forever friend – from Friends for Life!

New Arrivals

Photos of our newest arrivals are taken weekly on Thursday. Not all animals in our care may be on the website yet. We make every effort to get available animals on our website as soon as possible.

The most recent photos can be found on our Friends for Life Facebook page, in the album titled “Cats Available for Adoption”.  Check it out!
